the Format Overview displays wrong format initially

Description
When you go to Edit Formats there will be one format that is selected in the Format Name list box. Initially, the overview description is defaulting to the top Format Name (Region race in example) not the format that is selected in the list box
use race SCS Club Race 1 @ SCQMA 5-5-12 in the attached database then go to edit formats to see the error
SCS 2012 Heat Heat Main is the chosen Format Name and Region Race is shown in the Overview
If you move the Format name up, then back to SCS 2012 Heat Heat Main, it then show the proper name

The format overview still does not change until make another selection then go back to your choice eg grands
