Description
Stacey had many issues at the grands, mostly dealing with the large car count
1. when trying to switch cars on the fly the search pulled up way too many cars (qual and race)
2. same for transponders
3. when there are many cars in a class it is hard to find them in the 'add driver' box in edit race/results
4. wants a grid layout for editing formats so she can compare them as she edits

added auto-show of 'enter finish' box when the race has no finish
moved 'add driver' list to left side instead of top

- Assignee set to Walter Pate
issue 3 new version candidate now has drivers in a vertical column in alphabetical order and works well, but can not drag driver into race at this time
