Description
Some Clients trying new installs with the Full install are experiencing an error saying that the C++ for DotNet is not installed.
To temporarily fix this issue we have placed the dcmysqlfree file link on our files menu on our home page

Looks like this is a windows update issue.
Please try installing all windows updates, then RE-RUN the FULL installer and install all the dependencies.

Moscore-QM was moved in the install package to install after all the Microsoft files. With this change we would like feedback from users that are using the Full installer in the future

This issue should be fixed for windows 8 with 1.3.23b_full

No feed back seems to be working better with ver 1.3.24b
