Description
If an event format Qualifying tie breaker is set to Race Number it comes up with an exception that will crash that format name see attached test database V1322 FORMAT ERROR.mbk
will also add errorreport

- File altered Littlet database.jpg added
altered Littlet database.jpg is the error file that is generated in moscore when Tie Breaker by Race Number is selected.
This error can't be cleared, unless you load a backup database
