Customer could not generate races

Customers report "Yesterday when switching from heats to features it never transferred over my jr honda, jr novice or sr novice - when investigating a bit more I ended up with an error that would highlight the 3 races and ask me if I wanted to "overwrite" them?? No matter what function I clicked they weren't transferring to features nor did I have score sheets - do you know of this error and why I'd get it?!"
I have asked the customer to send us a copy of their database to analyze where the necessary data was not entered and where we could improve our help files so they understand how to enter data properly

The end users database shows that race results for the three classes in question were not entered in the Tools/Edit Races
In order for the program to generate new lineups,the finishing results must be entered for the race previous eg all Heats must have all the finish positions entered before all the race grids for the Mains will generate properly
Also it should be noted that all the DQ,To Back,No Time, Moved, and No Show Status's should be entered as they happen, not entering this information will effect the grid generation
