Moscore-QM needs to add the path to MySql executable in the windows firewall to allow it to be accessed from a networked computer while windows firewall is running.

MySql needs to be added to the windows firewall exclusions
to do this,

- open Control Panel/Windows Firewall/Advanced Settings/Inbound Rules
- Then choose New Rule
- choose Program then Next
- browse to C:/Program Files(x86)\Mosco\Moscore_QM\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt.exe
- click allow the connection
- click domain, private , and public then next
- enter a name and description ( mysql for Moscore-QM, Mysql database for moscore-QM) then click finish
