Hi Walter!
We used Moscore yesterday and it worked, but for some reason when we printed the line-ups and the scoring sheets, they printed blank. Would you happen to know why that happened?

If they printed blank, it usually means that there was data missing in the database.
In other words, there was a race that did not have the race results entered, or there was a class that had an error in registration.
Go to Tools/Edit Races , look at every race to make sure if there are 7 cars entered in the race, there are 7 cars in the results field.
You could send us a copy of your database and we could analyze it.

Ok, does this mean that the problem occurred yest with the new subscription, since it was our first race using it? For our 1st 2 races of the season, I went into last year's 1st 2 races and edited them to be able to use the database.

It is unlikely that it has anything to do with the 2016 subscription because there were no changes in the core software.
The only way we could diagnose your problem is to look over your database.

How would you look over the database? Is there a cost for you to do that?

Go to Tools/Backup\Export/Backup Database

Save the database and email us a copy. We will analyze it.

  • Status changed from New to In Progress

Upon looking at the customers database, I found that the heat races started at race 2 (no race one) The race grid generation was then messed up as it looks for race 1. When you preview the race grids, Race 2 SR Novice does not appear on the sheets. The first race populated with names is Race 3. This is a learning issue for new users, but I feel there should be a software flag when there is data missing or out of place on the race grid generation. The customer will then know to look review the data that was entered or generated and fix it before blaming the software.

  • Status changed from In Progress to Feedback

Customer installed a new printer and it changed the drivers that Moscore-QM uses to print quick reports
I had customer reinstall the correct driver for the printer that they want to use.
Files from their database worked fine on three of my versions of Moscore
Waiting for feedback
