whenever Moscore-QM reports an asychronous socket error on Tranx it is an indicator that the computer network is not functioning properly. This is not a Moscore-QM issue. When there is a report of asynchronous socket error report the first thing the customer should try and do is troubleshoot their computer network connection to the MyLaps decoder by pinging the MyLaps decoder and verify the connection. Once a proper connection is established Moscore-QM can then record the MyLaps decoder output.
We are now waiting for customer feedback so we can close this issue
