Feb 18 2017 Customer called and wanted help with installing signal converter at track
Customer sent me a picture of the existing wiring and I cross referenced it to Daktronics drawings and I recommend wire
placement
When he turned on Moscore and the scoreboard, the signal converter indicated it was communicating with Moscore, but the scoreboard did not turn on.
After reviewing all the wiring for about an hour we could not find the solution, and the customers laptop battery ran down.
Customer did not have power supply with him so we agreed to continue next day

I gave customer a brief overview of the scoreboard operation with Moscore as well as did tests on customers Tranx system.
Customer has scheduled a training session with us Feb 25 2017 10:30 (9:30 pst)
