Customer's Moscore-QM was not starting

Customer called and said his Moscore-QM was not starting on Windows 8 it reported that drivers were not there.

Feb 17 2017 I did a remote connection with customers computer and found it had AVAST antivirus installed on it.
We uninstalled Avast and activated Microsoft Defender, updated Defenders files.
Next I went to Programs and Features and did a repair on Moscore-QM
Moscore-QM then started well.
