Description
Customer has a Daktronics Pylon scoreboard that was not starting up.

I went over the customer settings starting with device manager which told us the only com port was comm 4
set scoreboard to comm 4 and it generated a comm port error
had user start the count down clock and asked the user to check if the silver daktronics signal converter was flashing
She reported that it was not pluged in! when she pluged it in the lights were on.
Moscore was now reporting a comm port 4 is already in use error
Found out they are using the serial port on their tranx and it used comm 4.
Had her go back to scoreboard settings and she could now see comm 3 so she set the comm port to comm 3 and soreboard now works
