PPQMA is reporting that the 12th car (C) drivers name does not dosplay in the scoresheet printout

I created a database with a 12 car main event and the 12th car is missing from the printed scoresheet.
The 12th car and driver are shown in the race page

see 2017 yakima region race database and look at scoresheet for hvy wf main race 22
