Mike called reporting Instance 2 on his Moscore-QM screen
It is a new computer and New Moscore-QM install

- Status changed from New to Resolved
When Moscore-QM shows ' Instance 2 ' notification it is indicating that the user has opened Moscore-QM twice
The customer closed the instance 2 page and found Moscore-QM was running underneith it, or it was minimized on the task bar
