I tried uploading myself and received the same error

We would like to inform you that later this week, between July 12 and July 16, the PHP version of your site(s) listed below will be updated to 7.4. This PHP update is part of our process of discontinuing the support of PHP 7.2, 7.1, 7.0, 5.6 and lower on our servers. The security support of all PHP versions below 7.3 is officially over. To decrease any possible security risks, we have decided that these old PHP versions will no longer be available for use on our servers after December 31, 2021.

I think i've resolved the issue with uploading results, you can now see the 7/21/2021 event has race results for the heavy honda class.
